• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.2 กรณีที่ฟิล์มของโพลียูรีเทนอยู่ในสภาพดี ให้ลูบผิวฟิล์มด้วยกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 320 แล้วทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือ สิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.3 กรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วย ทินเนอร์ M-77
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • 2.1 ทาด้วยน้ำยารองพื้นกันยางไม้เบเยอร์ B-2000 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว และทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมง
  • 2.2 อุดโป๊วแต่งรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วย เบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด เพื่อให้การแต่งเฉดสีโป๊วมีความใกล้เคียงกับพื้นไม้ ควรโป๊วหลังการทารองพื้นเนื่องจากเมื่อทารองพื้น ธรรมชาติของไม้จะมีสีเข้มขึ้น
• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • 3.1 การทาเที่ยวแรกให้ผสม ดีไลท์โพลียูรีเทน : ทินเนอร์ดีไลท์ T-15 ในอัตราส่วน 3:1 ส่วน
  • 3.2 การทาเที่ยวต่อไป ให้ดีไลท์โพลียูรีเทน : ทินเนอร์ดีไลท์ T-15 อัตราส่วน 4:1 ส่วน
  • 3.3 ในการทาแต่ละเที่ยวทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 4-8 ชั่วโมง แล้วลูบผิวหน้าด้วยกระดาษทรายน้ำเบอร์ 320 และ ทำความสะอาด ก่อนทาทับเที่ยวต่อไป
  • 3.4 ควรทาอย่างน้อย 2-3 เที่ยว เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเคลือบผิวไม้ที่ดี

• • ถ้าเป็นไม้เนื้ออ่อน หลังการเตรียมพื้นผิว ให้ทาด้วยน้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ เบเยอร์ B-6900 สำหรับรองพื้นกันเชื้อรา ปลวก มอด และแมลงกินไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง
  • ในกรณีที่ต้องการเติมเสี้ยนไม้ให้เต็ม หลังการทารองพื้นกันยางไม้ B-2000 ให้ทาด้วยรองพื้นเบเยอร์ แซนดิ้ง ซีลเลอร์ B-2400  จำนวน 1 เที่ยวและทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง  
  • ใช้กระดาษทรายน้ำเบอร์ 320 ลูบเบาๆ และทำความสะอาด

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• 1.1 In case the wood has been painted before and the paint film peels off or it is an old wood that has never been painted before. To sand with sandpaper until the original wood. If it's new wood, sand it to remove excess wood burrs. then clean The surface is free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.2 If the polyurethane film is in good condition. To pat the film surface with sandpaper No. 320 and clean the surface to be free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.3 In the case of rubber wood. Should be wiped clean with a thinner M - 77.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• 2.1 Apply one coat of Beger Wood Rubber Anti-rubber B-2000 primer and leave it for 1-2 hours.
• 2.2 Fill the hole or nail with Bayer Wood Filler and discard. Leave it for 30 minutes, then polish it with sandpaper and clean it. To make the putty shade close to the wood floor. It should be putty after applying the foundation because when applying the foundation The nature of the wood will be darker.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• 3.1 Apply the first coat to mix. Polyurethane Delight : Thinner Delight T-15 in a ratio of 3 : 1 part
• 3.2. Delight polyurethane : Thinner Delight T-15, ratio 4 : 1 part
• 3.3 in each coat, leave to dry for 4-8 hours, then pat the surface with water-grit sandpaper No. 320 and clean. clean before the next coat If a matt or semi-gloss film is required, apply or spray the final coat with Beger Polyurethane B-5000/ I-511 (Matte) or B-5000/ I-513 (Semi-Gloss). shadow)
